Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project Scope: This Contract shall generally consist of upgrading all ramps at the S. Cedar Street/S. 19th Street intersection to meet current ADA standards, improving the signal timing and pedestrian mobility with vehicular detection, and the installation of accessible pedestrian pushbuttons and countdown pedestrian signals. Additionally, a non-compliant driveway approach will bereplaced with an ADA accessible section, and the project will construct approximately 1,200 linearfeet of missing link sidewalk between the S 19th St/Cedar St. intersection and the Bates Technical College campus sidewalk. Inclusive of this work is tree removal and/or pruning and landscaping all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
