Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for the construction of a 200-unit multi-residential development; 180-room hospitality development; restaurant; and retail development.
The Architect isseeking engineeringfirmsto provide design services foramixed-use building comprised ofapproximately 150 to 180 key hotel, approximately 200 residential multi-family units, and entertainment/retail programs. The Projectwill be oneof the first vertical developments in Chapter 1. The Project will have a highlevel of design, and an urban, industrial feel rooted in the historiccontext of Port Covington and Baltimore. The Project will be designed with the context of the master plan in mind and reflect design objectives in coordination with existing, concurrent, and future development. Service Category: Structural Engineering | Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering | Landscape Architecture | Interior Design | Accessibility Consulting Services Torti Gallas + Partners is seeking qualified engineering and consulting firms to provide services for an approximately 170-unit mixed-income residential building with ground floor retail.
