Site work for a civil project in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

All bids shall remain on file at least forty-eight (48) hours thereafter before a contract will be made and entered into thereon. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours prior to the Bid Opening will be returned. Bidders shall be prequalified in accordance with the Specification Section 00 45 16. The Engineer will review all Statements of Qualifications and issue an Addendum declaring which Contractor(s) or Subcontractor(s) are Prequalified for each category of work no later than March 13, 2019. Bids shall indicate on the Specialty Subcontractor Selection Form which organization will serve each role indicated in Section 00 45 16. Bids submitted from a project team in which all members are not prequalified for their respective category of work will not be evaluated. Prequalification by the City of Oklahoma City's Prequalification Review Board under the provision of the City of Oklahoma City's Contractor's Prequalification Resolution of May 27, 1997 and Ordinance No. 20,815 will not be considered a valid form of Prequalification for this Project. Bidders shall be preregistered for Electronic Bidding. Contract to be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible bidder. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bidding. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with the Oklahoma Competitive Bidding Act. Conditional bids shall not be accepted. Prior to bidding this project, Bidders must carefully read the Bidding Documents (and addenda, if any) and the City of Oklahoma City Standard Specifications for Public Improvements prior to bidding this project.
