The Project consists of: Phase-1 replacement of existing vinyl clad wood fixed/casement windows with new insulated fiberglass double-hung/fixed windows in same opening. Work includes new interior exterior sealants, drywall patching, wood sills and painting. The work is estimated to cost $ 137,058 The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women. TIME OF COMPLETION - 90 consecutive calendar days.
