Contractor Qualification: DCAMM Certificate The Weymouth Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the Phase-1 Window Replacement Project at Popes Towers 667-3 Elderly Housing located at 25 Water Street, Weymouth, MA for the Weymouth Housing Authority in accordance with the documents prepared by Strekalovsky Architecture Incorporated, 42 North Street, Hingham, MA. The Project consists of: Phase-1 replacement of existing vinyl clad wood fixed/casement windows with new insulated fiberglass double-hung/fixed windows in same opening. Work includes new interior exterior sealants, drywall patching, wood sills and painting. The work is estimated to cost $ 137,058 The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women. TIME OF COMPLETION - 90 consecutive calendar days.
