Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Arlington, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
-1,404 linear feet of stream restoration; - Grading through cut and fill to improve the channel; - Installation of rock structures; - Stabilizing a bike and pedestrian pathway; - Installation of new culvert upstream; - Installation of culverts adjacent to stream and under a bike and pedestrian pathway; - Planting all disturbed area (total disturbed area will be 2.14 acres); - Post construction maintenance; and - Protection of existing infrastructure, including a 30" watermain and sanitary sewer during construction. The County reserves the right to waive minor defects or variations from the exact requirements of the solicitation in a bid insofar as those defects or variations do not affect the price, quality, quantity, or delivery schedule of the services being procured. If insufficient information is submitted for Arlington County to properly evaluate a bid or a Bidder; the County may request such additional information after bid opening, provided that the information requested does not change the price, quality, quantity, or delivery schedule for the services being procured.
