Ohio Turnpike Ramp over Reynolds Road (U.S. 20) M.P. 59.8; Key Street (C.R. 101) over Ohio Turnpike M.P. 60.8; Ohio Turnpike over Glenwood Road (T.R. 110) M.P. 66.0; Ohio Turnpike over Cedar Creek M.P. 68.0; Ohio Turnpike over Cummings Road (T.R. 238) M.P. 70.3; Ohio Turnpike over State Route 163 M.P. 73.0; Lucas and Wood Counties, Ohio. Bids are to be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by the Commission. Pollution Liability Insurance is required under GC Art. 12.1.4 for this Project. Builder's Risk Insurance is not required under GC Art. 12.2.1 for this Project. Construction of containment for, and the removal of, existing lead paint coating; preparation and painting of all structural steel; maintenance of traffic; and all other items incidental to completion of the Work. All Work is to be performed as per the Plans, Drawings, Specifications, Special Provisions, Technical Specifications, and other Contract Documents for Project No. 40-19-01. A Contract will be awarded, if any award be made, to the Bidder determined to have submitted the lowest responsive and responsible Bid for the performance of the Work. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive minor irregularities or technical deficiencies.
