**Project has been awarded to The Carriage Works LLC** Prospective proposers and all concerned are hereby notified of the following changes in the Request for Proposals document "Airport Concession Kiosk Design and Construction at Bradley International Airport". These changes shall be incorporated in and shall become an integral part of the RFP documents. The CAA is seeking qualified firms, partners, corporations, joint ventures, or other thirdparty entities to provide airport concession kiosk design, construction, and installation services for future in-terminal businesses at Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks, CT. CAA will conduct a mandatory pre-proposal meeting/site tour at in the Airport Administration Large Conference Room located on the 3 rd floor of Terminal A at Bradley International Airport. It is strongly recommended that interested parties attend the pre-proposal conference to familiarize themselves with the sites available. The CAA will not schedule site visits after the pre-proposal conference. The pre-proposal meeting will include a site tour of areas that are located on the secured side of the Airport; therefore, individuals planning on attending the tour must upload the Temporary Badge Application Form to electronically. This form may be found under the solicitation name RFP No. 2019-007 "Temporary Badge Form" no later than 11:00 a.m. (EST), January 25, 2019. Individuals will be subject to a security screening prior to admittance to the proposed site. The site tour will be limited to two (2) representatives from each firm. Attendees that arrive more than ten (10) minutes late will not be considered as having attended the conference Questions concerning this RFP are due no later than 1:00 p.m. (EST), January 29, 2019.
