Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Trenton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The County of Mercer requests bids for construction and testing details for two (2) irrigation wells for the ultimate purpose of replacing the currently utilized purchased water for irrigation of the Mercer County Park athletic fields with on-site sourced ground water supply. This specification also provides for the final connection and testing of the irrigation wells to the existing irrigation system and controls. Mercer County Park encompasses over 2,500 acres covering areas of the Townships of West Windsor, Hamilton and Lawrence. The Park has year-round facilities for all ages and includes both active and passive recreational opportunities. The park includes, among other facilities, 17 Athletic Fields used for soccer, football, lacrosse, frisbee and more. These areas are currently irrigated via purchased water conveyed to the irrigation system infrastructure in the Park. The project will be constructed under a single prime contract. The United States Postal Service does not deliver priority or overnight mail directly to the County of Mercers physical address. If a bidder chooses to use the United States Postal Service, it is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that the bid package is delivered by the bid opening date and time. Any bid document received after the deadline established by the Department of Purchasing will not be accepted, regardless of the method of delivery.
