Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Project: Manatee 6,600 LF of Post Televising and Cleaning of Sanitary Sewer Lines 295 LF and 360 LF of 8-inch and 12-inch Pipe Rehabilitation with CIPP, respectively Rehabilitation of existing manholes 30 point repairs using PipePatch Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Please read the new Special Conditions of the Agreement Part A and be prepared to comply with same. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer.
