Prequalification Required: Yes Location / Site Directions: 4504 64th Avenue IH-94 to STH 158 Exit, take STH 158 east to STH 31, take STH 31 north to 45th Street, take 45th Street west to 64th Avenue, tank is located at 4504 64th Avenue Work to proceed no earlier than April 29, 2019 with completion of work within 90 calendar days of commencement or October 4, 2019, whichever is the earliest. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Complete paint removal and recoating of the exterior of the Industrial Park Storage Tank, of 750,000 gallon capacity, with a Fluoropolymer Polyurethane System, together with all related items as shown and required to provide a completed and fully operational facility, ready to be returned to service.
