Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Woodburn, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a detention facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project at MacLaren Youth Correctional Facility includes improving sidewalks, walkways, and asphalt improvements around the campus. It also includes drainage and fence work. The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract for MYCF Site Improvements Phase 2 for the benefit of Oregon Youth Authority. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. Any statements made at this conference will not change the Plans, Specifications or other Contract Documents unless an Addendum has been issued from DAS and advertised on the ORPIN System. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND THIS MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE. BIDS WILL ONLY BE EVALUATED FROM BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE WHO REGISTERED AND ATTENDED THE MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE, AND ALL OTHER BIDS WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE. The following range is a project estimate for bonding purposes: 1.1 to 1.2m PROJECT COMPLETION DATES: PROJECT START DATE: July 8, 2019 SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: October 31, 2019 FINAL COMPLETION: November 14, 2019 Liquidated damages of $ 500.00 will apply to the contract resulting from this ITB. (See Exhibit 5 for detailed information)
