Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Traverse City, Michigan. Completed plans call civil work for a playground / park / athletic field and sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Removing the worn existing surfacing, removing and replacing damaged asphalt pavement, and installing new synthetic surfacing and markings. Bidders are required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. Proposals shall be submitted on Proposal Forms furnished by the Engineer as part of the Contract Documents. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. Telegraphic or telephonic bids will NOT be received, accepted or read. Surety Company Performance Bonds and Payment Bonds will be required. Bids shall be accompanied by sworn and notarized statements: -Non-Collusive Affidavit - Statement Regarding Familial Relationship. - Iran Economic Sanctions Act Certification TCAPS Board Approval: April 18, 2022 Site available for work: June 20, 2022 Substantial completion: August 19, 2022 The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, waive irregularities, and to accept the bid that in their opinion is in the best interest of the school district.
