Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Location of Work : Sage St. and G W. Stoudt Blvd. The project involves the improvements to an existing walking trail that is approximately 2,880 feet long and 5 feet wide. The project will include grading and preparation of the existing trail, installation of an aggregate leveling course and placement of a bituminous wearing course. The project for which is being solicited will be subject to the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, if the bid price is $25,000 or greater. The successful bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds each in an amount equal to the contract price meeting the requirements of Article 5 of the General Conditions. The Borough of Nazareth, Northampton County, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to accept any Bid which in its judgment is for the best interest of the Borough.
