Site work and paving for a civil project in Lonsdale, Minnesota. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

According to the civil engineer, this project will not be rebidding in the near future. Construction is not planned until 2021, at the earliest. Cost estimate is $37,156.35. The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 333 SY Remove Bituminous Pavement 150 TN Aggregate Base Class 5 28 TN Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix (2,C) 38 TN Type SP 12.5 Non Wear Course Mix (2,C) 750 LF 6" Perforated PVC Pipe Drain Tile 2 EA Connect to Existing Catch Basin The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Lonsdale shall comply with the provisions of the statute. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis for the base Bid, with any alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bids will only be accepted from Contractors who purchase Bidding Documents as specified. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
