Work necessary for the Installation of: State College of Florida: : LWR CIT Upgrades Project No: 7-19-3-11 Description: SCF is seeking a Florida licensed, pre-qualified general contractor to perform upgrade of suite to include new Trendwall, office upgrades, and staff suite. There is no bid bond, performance bond or payment bond required for this project. Bidder as "Prime Contractor" must be licensed to perform the work described herein and hereafter be identified as "Contractor". Any Bid may be withdrawn until the date and time set for opening of the Bid. Any Bid not so withdrawn shall, upon opening, constitute an irrevocable offer to sell to SCF the goods or services set forth in the attached specifications. No Bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids for a period of One Hundred Twenty (120) days. SCF reserves the right to reject any and all Bids received and to waive any and all minor technicalities in regard thereto. The representative may only sign-in for one (1) company. Subcontractors may not represent a potential Contractor at a pre-bid conference / walk-through. Bid tabulations with recommended awards shall be posted for review by interested parties on the SCF electronically on 3/27/2019 and remain posted for a period of seventy-two (72) hours. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed by section 120.57 (3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
