Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rochester, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 1,900 SY 6" Concrete Pavement 1,800 SF 4" & 6" Concrete Walk 700 CY Aggregate Base Class 5 400 TN Bituminous Wearing Course Mix The project also includes pavement removals, curb removal and replacement, storm sewer improvements, excavation, grading, and turf establishment. The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the Rochester Public Schools ISD #535 shall comply with the provisions of the statute. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis for the base Bid, with any alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bids will only be accepted from Contractors who purchase Bidding Documents as specified above. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Rochester Public Schools ISD #535 reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. The Contractor may mobilize equipment to the site and begin work no earlier than Monday, June 3, 2019. The Work will be substantially completed on or before Friday, August 9, 2Q19, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before Friday, August 23, 2019
