**As of April 12, 2019. Project is awarded. Awarded amount is $299,030.90** The work covered by the Contract Documents includes the installation of approximately 2,300 lineal feet of new 8-inch PVC water main, fire hydrants, valves, new water services, and all other appertaining work along East Hopocan Avenue within the City of Barberton. Northeast Blueprint & Supply will maintain the official plan holders list. All bidders must be registered on the official plan holders list in order to submit an official bid for consideration. Prospective BIDDERS may address written inquiries to Mr. Jeff Marnicio, 100 West Erie Street, Painesville, Ohio, 44077, fax (440) 352-8373, email at Jeff.Marnicio@burgessniple.com. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Summit County, as determined by the Bureau of Wage and Hour, Division of Labor and Worker Safety, Department of Commerce of the State of Ohio. Attention to the bidders is called to the Instructions to Bidders, which are included in the proposed Contract Documents. The City of Barberton reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or to increase or decrease or omit any item or items and/or award to the lowest responsive and responsible BIDDER. Each proposal must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same. The City of Barberton reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bidding.
