Work of this Contract involves construction of Summerside Senior's Housing Complex at Frank Mellish Drive, Summerside, PE, including related landscaping, in accordance with the Contract Documents, Drawings and Specifications. Division of the Work among subcontractors, suppliers or vendors is solely the Contractor's responsibility. The Owner assumes no responsibility to act as an arbiter to establish subcontract terms between sectors or disciplines of work.
