No Bid Will Be Accepted by E-mail or Facsimile. No responsibility shall attach to any person or persons for premature opening of bids not properly labeled or sealed. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or part, to waive any informality in any or all bids, and to accept the bid or part thereof which it deems most favorable to the Town. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after being publicly opened and read. In the event bids are rejected, or no bids are received, the Department of Purchasing is fully authorized to re-advertise for bids. Any Person With a Disability Who Requires a Sign Language Interpreter, Auxiliary Aids, or Special Conditions to Attend the Bid Opening and/or the Pre-bid Meeting (if Applicable), Please Call Constituent Services at 224-5380 or 224-5397 TDD
