Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Neenah, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for paving for a water / sewer project; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Prequalification Required: Yes Description: The work shall consist of the reconstruction of Circle Drive, Harold Drive, Chateau Terrace and Estate Drive. Work includes 2,000 lineal feet of storm sewer main, 2,500 lineal feet of storm sewer laterals, 7,500 lineal feet of concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, 2,600 tons of HMA pavement, 24,000 square feet of concrete driveways and 12,000 square yards of lawn restoration. Sanitary sewer replacement consists of 3,800 lineal feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, 445 lineal feet of 12-inch cured-in-place lined sanitary sewer and lateral reconnections only. Water main replacement consists of 3,700 lineal feet of 8-inch water main with 2,500 lineal feet of 1-inch services. Additional Description: PROOF OF RESPONSIBILITY A Proof Of Responsibility (Pre-Qualification) Form for all Contracts in excess of $10,000 must be filed in the office of McMahon Associates, Inc., Attn: Brad Werner, P.O. Box 1025, Neenah, Wisconsin 54956-1025 not later than five (5) calendar days prior to the date of receiving Bids, and shall show sufficient ability, equipment and experience to properly perform the Contract. The Village of Fox Crossing's decision as to qualifications shall be final.
