Renovation of a civil project in Hopkins, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Furnishing of all labor, material, and equipment for construction of the following work: Construct Forcemain Junction Box Building Cast-in-place Concrete Vault and Pre-cast Concrete Walls and Roof Planks DIP Water Main PVC Sewer Pipe DIP Sewer Force Main and Fittings Knife Gate Valves Sanitary Manholes Mechanical and Electrical Work The provisions of Minn. Stat. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City shall comply with the provisions of the statute. Each proposal must have with it a certified check or bid bond payable to the City of Minnetonka in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid as a guarantee the bidder will enter into a contract with the city of Minnetonka in accordance with the terms of the bid, in case the bidder is awarded the contract. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities.
