Site Location: 7825 NE 130 th Avenue Parcel No. 154527000 Vancouver, Washington Interior remodel and refresh of existing Heritage High School building consisting of approximately 30,000 sf of renovated area with an alternate to add a new 3,000 sf orchestra room, painting of all existing classrooms, and security upgrades. Also included in the project is the construction of a new freestanding classroom building of approximately 30,000 sf and new site amenities including exterior courtyards, sensory garden, loading area, trash and recycling surround, expanded parking lot, relocated storm water facility, and new landscaping. The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, project management and site supervision as required to complete the Heritage High School Refresh & Addition scope of work described in the project drawings and specifications.
