Site work for a water / sewer project in Plymouth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Generally described as follows: o Add baffles between lift station pumps. o Remove and replace influent diversion structure. o Add inlet isolation gate. o Add pump chamber isolation gates. o Electrical improvements, including replacement and relocation of automatic transfer switch and addition of a portable generator receptacle. All Work will be completed on or before January 31, 2022. Final completion is defined as ready for final payment. b. The project shall be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Section 15.06 by January 31, 2022. Each proposal must have with it a certified check or bid bond payable to the City of Plymouth in the amount of five [5] percent of the bid as a guarantee the bidder will enter into a contract with the City of Plymouth in accordance with the terms of the bid, in case the bidder is awarded the contract. No questions will be answered within 48 hours of bid opening.
