Site work for a water / sewer project in Bentonville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of Hutchens Road - Arkansas Highway 12 to Vaughn Road to serve the Town of Highfill. Project estimated cost: $320,000.00 The work consists of the following: Approximately 6,850 L.F. of 6" Diameter C900 DR-14 PVC Water Main. Approximately 80 L.F. of 6" Diameter Directional Bore with Encasement on Arkansas Highway 12. All necessary gate valves, highway crossings, road crossings, creek crossings, driveway crossings, connection to existing water mains, fire hydrants and all related accessories. Information for Bidders, Bid Forms, Form of Contract, Plans and Specifications, Bid Bond Form, Performance and Payment Bond Forms, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the office of the Engineer, or at the Highfill City Hall, Highfill, Arkansas. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount for and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. As of February 22, 2019, no changes have been made to the bid date and no addenda have been issued.
