Renovation of a conference / convention center in Costa Mesa, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.

The scope of services shall include all labor, equipment, and incidental materials required to complete the following work at Building 15: Huntington Beach Building: Removal and replacement of existing two (2) York 5 ton units, all hoisting, permits or any other necessary equipment in order to perform the below scope. Demo: Shut down, disconnect and remove existing two (2) 5 ton York units Dispose at an approved offsite location. Protect and secure any openings left open from weather and for safety precautions. Installation: Furnish and Install two (2) Carrier 5 ton air cooled condensing units or equal in performance units in ceiling and exterior condensing units. Two speed VFD display kit. New line sets for each unit Thermostats/controllers. Refrigerant dryers. - New bases for each new condenser. - New disconnects and associated electrical for each unit. - Factory corrosion coil coating. - Install or modify any type of support needed to mount the units in the ceiling; replace any drywall and or wood framing and leave appropriate access in ceiling.
