for 623-20-135 Replace & Upgrade Parking Lots 1 and 2 The contractor is to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision required remove all existing asphalt pavement surfaces in parking lot 1 and to also remove existing concrete surface in parking lot 2. Then, replace with new asphalt surface with minimum required base, or more, to both lots. The project shall include removal and replacement of all, curbs, concrete wheel stops, bollards, crosswalks, striping, signage, etc. All parking stalls shall have a standard width in coordination with Americans with Disabilities Act standards. All work must be done in compliance with applicable OSHA, EPA and federal/state environmental regulations and policies.
