Bidders are required to attend the mandatory job walk to be eligible for this bid. OCSD will not accept bids from bidders who do not attend the mandatory job walk. Failure to attend renders a bid non-responsive. The purpose of the job walk is to familiarize interested bidders with OCSD's requirements, the technicalities of the scope of work, and to answer questions related to the Bid.
