Site work for a water / sewer project in Richmond, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Work of the Contract includes the following: construction of water, sanitary, and drainage facilities in McCrary Meadows Section 5. The successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided, and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Boards judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908, on behalf of Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 142 (the District) with a printed, executed and notarized original of a completed Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295) with the bid. Failure to do so will result in the Districts inability to execute the contract. The Project Site. The project is located in Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 143 in Fort Bend County, Texas. The site is located north of FM 359, on the East side of McCrary Rd.
