Base Bid: Roofs for two (2) athletic buildings at Normal Community West High School Athletic Building known as the Locker Room Building and the Concession Building. The roof area to be replaced is approximately 8,800 sq. ft. (Contractor Verify). 1. Provide roof demolition and repair as noted on the Drawings. Existing insulation to be removed. 2. Provide removal and reinstallation of mechanical equipment as necessary. 3. Provide new roof and insulation material as indicated on the Drawings and Specifications. 4. Provide new sheet metal and components as indicated on Drawings. 5. Provide minor electrical work, plumbing work and mechanical work as necessary to complete the work. 6. Provide masonry repair as indicated. 7. Provide wall painting as noted. 8. Provide one new aluminum door frame and aluminum/FRP door.
