Site work for a mixed-use development in Burlington, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
The scope of work for this contract includes but is not limited to the following: The removal and installation of playground and swing equipment at both Spencer Smith Park and Maplehurst Public School, and the removal only of old swing (at west property line) Tree protection fencing and security fencing Excavation, removals and disposal Supply and install concrete perimeter curbing and transition ramps (MPS) Supply and install poured in place rubber safety surfaces (SSP) Supply and install plywood strip ledge inside existing curb perimeter for PIP rubber (SSP). Supply and install sub-surface drainage system for playground areas. Supply and install engineered wood fibre for playspace/swing areas (MPS). Supply and install asphalt and concrete surfaces (MPS).
