The City of Charlotte (City) plans to contract with one or more companies to provide general building construction services (Services) for various City facilities (Project). The City is seeking firms whose combination of experience and expertise will provide environmentally sound, professional, timely, and cost-effective services to the City. The City reserves the right to enter into one or more contracts with any firm selected under this RFP process.
