Landscaping work will also be required on the Pavilion D terrace. Submission Type: Lump Sum The representatives of the Bidder present during the visit must wear the following equipment: helmet, boots, glasses and safety jacket. The information session and the visit are at the expense of each Bidder. They will enable Bidders to become aware of the requirements of the Contract and to obtain all relevant information, as well as to check all conditions that may affect their Submission. A representative of each Bidder present at the information session and the visit must ensure that he / she has signed the attendance sheet made available by the Owner, indicating the name and title of the representative (s) of the Bidder present. (s) during this site visit, as well as the name of the Bidder. If he does not sign the attendance sheet, his Submission will automatically be rejected. Bid guarantee The Bidder must provide with its Bid a Bid Security equal to ten percent (10%) of the Bid Value. The bid security is made in the form of a bond issued by a Financial Institution and must comply with the requirements of Schedule 1 of the Regulation respecting construction contracts of public bodies . The bid security is valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the deadline for receipt of Submissions. Unsatisfactory performance rating The Owner will refuse any Proponent who, during the two (2) years preceding the opening date of the Submissions, has been the subject of an unsatisfactory performance evaluation by the Owner, has failed to comply with a bid contract or has been terminated for failure to comply with the terms and conditions. Complete bid for single award The Owner undertakes not to accept the lowest or any of the Submissions received, or to perform the subject matter of this solicitation, or to perform any part of it and may, in its sole discretion, link with this invitation to tender without any compensation for the Bidders.
