Renovation of a municipal facility in Gatineau, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
PDP 3 AWR is a two-phased mid-life recapitalization project aiming for a LEED Silver designation as defined in the Place du Portage Phase III Renewal Project: The Vision for the Future. The PDP3 Scope includes GC Workplace renewal, envelope renewal, base building improvements, new mechanical & electrical systems & a public realm improvement. The project will address the interior workplace fit-up of the eastern towers A1, A2, B1, B2 and E. TIMELINE: A contract for Construction Management work was executed between BGIS and EllisDon Corporation on December 8, 2021. The construction phase of the project was initiated in January 2022. The project is expected to be completed by 2027. Onsite mobilization is ongoing inside and outside of the complex. RFPs for sub trades will be issued to pre-qualified companies throughout 2022.
