Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Belle Vrn Br, Pennsylvania. The proposed work consists of lining the structure with a pre-fabricated metal pipe arch and grouting the surrounding annular spaces. The existing downstream wingwalls will be replaced with a concrete U-Channel and the upstream walls will be modified to incorporate a trash rack. Traffic impacts will be minimal, as the existing two-lanes on SR 88 will be maintained, only shifted onto the shoulders of SR 88. Roadway work is also minimal. A new bituminous overlay will be constructed at the project's completion.
