Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jordan, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work includes the construction of approximately: ITEM QTY UNIT Common Excavation (EV) 15,000 CY Storm Sewer Pipe 400 LF 3" Bituminous Trail 2,500 SY 4" Underdrain Pipe/Tile 3,700 LF 4" Concrete Walk 3,300 SF Silt Fence 3,300 LF together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Responsible Contractor Certification. All work under the Contract must be complete by July 15, 2019. The plan holders list, addendums and bid tabulations will be available for download on-line. Any addendums may also be distributed by mail, fax or email. A certified check or proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Jordan shall accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.
