Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Denver, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The project includes North Fourth Street from Main Street to Locust Street. The work will include variable depth milling, installation of heavy duty membrane, leveling and wearing courses, concrete replacement and other related work. Select base repair on Walnut Street from North Fourth Street to the bridge is an alternate item. Wages paid for all Work performed shall comply with the Pennsylvania Minimum Prevailing Wage Act as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. Bidders shall be PennDOT prequalified for the work per Publication 408, Section 102.1. All Work contained within the contract shall be completed in full within sixty (60) calendar days of Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages shall apply to the contract for Work not completed in full within the specified time period. The Borough of Denver reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any and all Bids or portions thereof, to delete projects and/or portions of projects based upon budget constraints, and to accept any Bid which is deemed most favorable to the Borough of Denver, at the time and under the circumstances stipulated. The Borough also reserves its right, at its sole discretion, to waive any informality in the Bid, and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any Bid. Questions must be submitted on or before 2/28/2019 4:00 PM
