Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The scope of the work requires the turn-key installation, including but not limited to Site Work, Roadway, General Construction, Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Electrical, Intrusion Alarm System and Fire Alarm System (all as applicable). Work shall also include securing all necessary approvals, inspections and utility connections. The basis of award will be a Single Prime General Contract. Bids will be publicly opened. All proposals shall be based on a stipulated sum basis. The Project will be completed within the specified accepted consecutive calendar days as indicated in the bidder's Form of Proposal. Bidders will be issued electronic drawings and project manual (at no cost). Bidders can also pay and obtain hard copies from Rose Reprographics 336-279-1085. All Contractors are hereby notified that they must have the proper license under the State Laws governing their respective trades (General Statutes of North Carolina Chapter 87.) and must have unlimited license classification as required by the NC General Contractors Board under G.S. 87-1, Plumbing and Heating Contractors, Chapter 87, Article 2, Electrical Contractors, Chapter 87, Article 4. Contractor is to install all work as specified by State and Local Codes and Regulations. All questions shall be emailed by the contractor bidding the project to sherminata@bellsouth.net. In order the architect can issue the final addendum (if required) the deadline for submission of questions must be received no later than 5:00 PM, March 6, 2019. All proposals shall include the cost of all state and local sales and use taxes. Payments will be made on the basis of ninety five percent (95%) of monthly estimates and final payment made upon completion and acceptance of work. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids, except under the provisions of General Statute 143-129.1, for a period of sixty (60) days.
