Renovation of a municipal facility in Elmsford, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of April 1, 2019 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Work under this contract includes all necessary labor, material and equipment required to complete Phase II renovations construct per Construction Documents for the Westchester County Archive & Record Center. Scope of work not limited to: Exterior: Selective siding replacement, repairs to concrete walkways and retaining walls, replacement of concrete steps at loading dock, brick pointing and bio-wash, replacement of soffits and fascia and new exterior lighting. Interior: Renovation of Public Restrooms and Conference Room Pantry, replacement of doors and hardware and floor and wall finishes in offices, warehouse, and loading dock, replacement of loading dock hydraulic fork lift, relocation of combustion air exhaust louvers in boiler room, new water heater and circulating pump.
