Sealed bids for CM 2018-007 Spreader Barn Restoration at Caumsett State Park, Huntington, Suffolk County, New York Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of: $25,000.00 (Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents) Work includes interior renovation, new floor slab, lighting, kitchen equipment, mechanical and plumbing work. By Mail, send the check to the Engineering Department, Oprhp, P.O. Box 247, Babylon, New York 11702. A Separate Check In The Amount Of $3.00 Made Out To: RESERVE Account Must Be Included For Mailing; For Fedex Accounts, A Completed Air Bill Must Be Included. The completion date for this project is 120 days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptrollers Office. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. All RFIs are due by 10 am Tuesday, March 5, 2019. RFIs that are received after this time will NOT be processed.
