Bid results will be available via electronic by the close of business on Thursday, March 7, 2019. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Mt. Holly Springs Borough in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act of March 3, 1931, as amended, and wages must be paid by contractors according to the U.S. Labor Department's Wage Decision included in the specifications; provisions of Section 3 of the Housing Act of 1968; the President's Executive Order 11246 or any other order which prohibits discrimination in employment. Mt. Holly Springs Borough reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
