Bids must be guaranteed and cannot be withdrawn for a period of sixty days following the date of opening. The following forms must accompany each bid: "Disclosure of Ownership" (if applicable), "Affidavit of Noncollusion and/or Conflict of Interest". Blank forms for that purpose are provided with the bid package. There is a goal of 18% for the participation of Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) in this contract. The successful bidder will be required to provide a list of HUB firms participating in the work as part of the post bid submittal to MATC. The apprenticeship requirements for this project are as follows: Apprentices are mandatory from the two (2) of the following four (4) trades: General Laborer; Electrician; Plumber; and Sheet Metal Worker. The successful bidder will be required to provide a list of Apprentice Categories from those listed above which will be utilized during this period.
