Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Huber Heights, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of: Construction of a new membrane nanofiltration building for water softening. Improvements include a new building of approximately 5,800-square foot in area with cartridge filters, nanofiltration equipment, chemical feed facilities, HVAC and plumbing systems, and related pumps, piping, valves, instrumentation and controls, and all associated architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical work. Construction of a new water supply well and the abandonment of existing well 5. Construction of an approximately 450-foot long discharge line with headwall to the river. New electric generator. Bidders shall submit a BID GUARANTY in the form of either: a. A bond in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the bid, or b. A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305, Ohio Revised Code, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the bid. The successful bidder must replace the bid guaranty with a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond upon award of the bid.Please direct inquires for plan sets to Hanane Eisentraut at HEisentraut@hhoh.org.
