The Contract Time is 103 calendar days. Estimated Construction Cost: $254,000 The following contractors must be prequalified and licensed pursuant to the California Business and Professions Code to perform the work specified in the Contract Documents: A - General Engineering, or B - General Building, or C10 - Electrical The successful bidder must have a State of California Contractor's A or B or C10 license current and active at the time of the bid opening and throughout the duration of the contract for the above named Project.All bids shall be made and submitted only on the forms provided by the District.
