Renovation of a transportation facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Est. over $5,000,000.00 The project consists of, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of twelve (12) fiber board duct risers in concourse b, fourteen (14) air handling units on the roof of concourse c, removal of thirty (30) reheat coils in concourse c, twenty (20) unit heaters in concourse c, five (5) reheat coils in concourse d, seven (7) steam radiators in concourse b and c, hot water; bas for all equipment, related and required electrical work, miscellaneous metal and concrete work, and as shown on contract drawings. Additional work in concourse c consists of, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of eight (8) fiber board duct risers, ten (10) electric unit heaters, three (3) steam cabinet unit heaters, and seven (7) hot water unit heaters. Work in concourse c will also consist of the installation of fourteen (14) pre-heat coils within air handling units and associated distribution piping. Additional work in concourse b consists of, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of sixteen (16) electric unit heaters, two (2) electric finned-tube radiators, and three (3) steam cabinet unit heaters. Additional work in concourse d consists of, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of five (5) electric cabinet unit heaters.
