A timeline for award has not yet been established Furnish and install new brand and color specific acoustic cover material on the existing wall panels throughout the entire GICC International Salon. This installation also includes a) the existing wall panels b) the 12 x 12 feet double service doors c) the moveable wall storage door panel trim. The Owner shall select the color and pattern ofthe covering material. Two (2) colors combinations will be installed in the same pattern as the existing material. The GICC is a high uptime facility and the work shall be scheduled so it will not impact business. The following shall be included, but not limited to the completion of the project to the satisfaction of the owner: 1. Project to include all materials and labor for installation. 2. All existing wall acoustic panels, Service Doors, and Movable Wall Pocket Door trim included. 3. All Delivery, Freight, Storage, and Handling included. 4. Furnish all materials, supplies, tools, and equipment necessary for installation. 5. Professional preparation and installation procedures shall be adhered to. 6. 432 Fabrictrac wall panels, 4 x 5 feet. 24 wall storage panels trim, 1 x 5 feet. 1 double service door, 12 x 12 feet are to be covered. 7. Covering materials shall be Carnegie Fabrics Xorel Nexus #6425 backed for acoustic panels. Two equal quantity colors to be selected by owner. 10% attic overstock shall be supplied to owner. 8. Work to be completed in stages as directed by GICC representatives, no unfinished panels to be left after each stage. Work to be completed to the satisfaction of the GICC representatives. 9. All panel hardware to be removed and reinstalled as necessary. 10. Disposal of the old materials to be included. 11. Jobsite to be cleaned daily and panels to be cleaned after installation is completed. 12.
