Annual Elevator Repair and Maintenance Services, for Clark County, pursuant to the bid specifications. Please note: bids delivered/ received after the submittal time (exactly 10:00 a.M. On the commission clock) will not be accepted. Bidder must submit the following in Duplicate: Bid, Affidavit in Compliance with ORC 3517.13, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Personal Property Tax Statement. The successful bidder must also submit a performance bond and meet the County's insurance requirements (the list of requirements is included in the bid package). Please note: the County is exempt from all Federal, State, Local and/or Excise Taxes. The Board of County commissioners of Clark County, ohio reserves the right to reject any and all bids; and the board also reserves the right to waive any defect in a bid which does not materially alter the bid item.
