The project includes precast concrete, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pressure filtration, chemical feed, site work and miscellaneous appurtenant work. All WORK and materials are to be in strict compliance with DRAWINGS and SPECIFICATIONS prepared by DGR Engineering, Rock Rapids, Iowa, Engineer, which, together with the proposed form of CONTRACT and ESTIMATE OF COST have heretofore been approved by the City and are now on file for public examination in the City Hall in said City of Sergeant Bluff, are by this reference made a part hereof as though fully set out and incorporated herein.
