Furnish and install the following estimated quantities: 1840 Tons MnDOT 2360 Wearing Course Type SP 9.5 (2,B) 1840 Tons MnDOT 2360 Non-Wearing Course Type SP 12.5 (2,B) 9400 LF B618 Concrete Curb and Gutter 4735 LF 8" D.I.P. Class 52 Watermain 4400 LF 8" PVC SDR 35 Sanitary Sewer. The City Council will consider the bids at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 25, 2019, in the Council Chambers at City Hall. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty-five (35) days after opening of bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. No bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the City Clerk of the City of Brooklyn Park and accompanied by a cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the City of Brooklyn Park for five (5%) percent of the amount of the bid, (to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid be accepted and the bidder shall fail to enter promptly into a written contract and furnish the required bond.)
