Staff is exploring options for reducing the cost of the project, including contacting the contractors which were pre-approved to bid this project, to identify areas of high costs and ideas for potential cost savings. The project will be reevaluated and staff will reach out to Superior Construction and other potential contractors about the option of doing a sole-source contract to complete this construction.
